Inspired 2 Dance is a highly energetic, competitive weekend experience designed to display artistic expressions through dance to honor family and friends who have been touched by Cancer. Event Producers, Frank & Mandy Byers, have combined their heart for the arts and united it with the feeling of hope that dance brings to different seasons in life, especially for those touched by this threatening disease.Together they have over 19 years of producing, designing, and facilitating positive competitive opportunities. With each of their parents facing separate diagnoses of cancer, Frank and Mandy of Thumbprint Productions have teamed up with Summit Quest Cancer Support Services’ “Voices Over Cancer” to offer a weekend of talented competition for each performer and their fans as we celebrate these gifts and honor our loved ones walking through Cancer journey’s together.
Throughout the competition, many opportunities will be provided to celebrate the lives of those present who inspire others daily as they fight strong in their battle against cancer, remember those who have lost their battle with Cancer, and celebrate with Cancer survivors. Not only will the performers get to kick-off their competition season on a dynamic stage and production, selected performers will get to perform in our Inspired 2 Dance Showcase. Each act in the showcase will get to share the story of someone who has inspired them to dance through their journey with cancer. Together with Summit Quest Cancer Support Services’ “Voices Over Cancer” we will partner to aid in the recruiting of stories and providing funding assistance for publication cost for the up and coming issue of "Voices Over Cancer" publication. We will also provide opportunities for you to join us in sponsoring a Support Kit for kids embracing life while their loved one is facing cancer.
